New Post: Receiving Access is Denied Error at the File System Level when Executing Create Task of MSBuild.ExtensionPack.Sql2008.Database

The SQL service account is an administrator on that box, and that folder has full acces to the administrators group. So at least from a configuration standpoint it appears to have access.

I've tried running the script using both a SQL login and integrated security and both time the same error. I've also logged in to SSMS using that user and created a db w no problem.
